Survival mode is in the new expansion pack available in the PS Store for SSHD (PS3). In this mode you have one life to survive as long as possible. The green pickups add +2 seconds to your survival time. The orbs on screen cannot be destroyed, only moved. NOTE: due to my crappy capture equipment, the game is shown at 30FPS with some slowdown. The actual game runs at 60FPS with zero slowdown....
This is me normally playing Super Stardust HD Endless mode. This arcade game is challenging and addicting, though I find this game really fun to play during my free time. Endless mode puts the player against the continuous onslaught of enemies and asteroids. This became my favorite mode to play at all times since I bought the solo pack. And I know Im not best. Enjoy.. so I say....

In this mode, you have no guns or boost, and just one life. All you have to rely on is your bombs...which are in limited supply. The key is to get the enemies to hit the incoming asteroids and net you bonus points. Be sure to follow the bomb ship to get two more bombs. Game captured at 30FPS/actually runs at 60fps....
